Safety Case authoring, verification, and assurance, including material change, revision and review to APOSC as a minimum. This is popular with new rig owners, especially those which have acquired offshore assets through mergers and acquisitions (including divestments).
Safety climate assessments and safety culture improvement plans. These are developed from an Integrity HSE template which has proven effective all over the world. This service is popular with those suffering unplanned events (HSE incidents, NPT, etc.).
Support for UKCS market entrants with HSE, training, and PLANC. Our unrivalled experience within the domestic UK energy sector allows us to establish a client footprint. This service is popular with clients who do not have a history within the UK energy sector.
Regulator interface (submissions, inspections, enforcement notices). Due to our global operational pedigree, we have a unique insight into the needs and wants of regional regulators (and often benefit from existing relationships). This service is very popular with all clients.
Independent incident investigation services, inc. expert witnesses. Our specialists are practised in multi-methodology techniques which allows them to identify RCA of technical, human, operational and business loss events. This service is very popular with all clients.
Proactive organisational mental health and wellbeing arrangements. We work with our own occupational psychologist to provide a range of services to ensure legislative compliance and best practise within this area. This service is one of our most popular with all clients.
