Developing Leaders
The need for effective leadership is intensifying at an alarming rate, and the plethora of services, books, articles, seminars, conferences, and TED-like talks from self-professed experts are delivering disappointing results.
Integrity HSE's leadership courses are based on critical elements derived from own research: contextualised in strategy and ensuring organisation-wide reach; whilst designed for continual ongoing experiential learning.
McKinsey reveals that organisations that actively develop their leaders are eight times more likely to display daily behaviours that are proven to be critical to success. Research from PwC, & Deloitte indicate that 40% of employees admit they will leave their job within the first year unless they receive training; because 74% don't believe they can reach their potential without it. The same research reveals companies that invest in learning and development enjoy 218% higher income and 24% higher profits.
What follows is a brief description from some of the courses we deliver:
Developing Resilience: A focussed course which imparts several techniques that leaders can use to build a sense of stoic fortitude within themselves, their followers and their organisations.
Negotiation and Influencing: This course brings to bear decades of law enforcement negotiating techniques that give clients the upper hand when securing favourable terms in the commercial world.
Leader Roadmap: For organisations who cannot invest in our full development programme, we teach a simple framework that helps company's to self-develop and release their leadership potential.
Incident Command Training Program: This is considered one of our signature courses and features several high-ranking military and law enforcement crisis response experts that will teach the class.
Transforming Culture: This course is led by the ex-police officer who drove the change from Northern Ireland's RUC to PSNI; as well as led one of the largest culture change programmes ever at NATO.
